THE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON »TRENDS AND CHALLENGES IN FOOD TECHNOLOGY, NUTRITION, HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM«

in BIC Ljubljana, Vocational college, Ižanska cesta 10, 1000 Ljubljana.
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE The areas of food, nutrition, hospitality and tourism are closely related and subject to ongoing changes. Continuous improvement and development can therefore be only achieved through getting updates on new trends and best practices. The aim of the conference is thus to present the latest trends from these fields, as well as to address new challenges for future development. The target audience includes education institutions and teachers from the field of food technology, nutrition, hospitality, catering and tourism as well as companies and anyone interested in the conference topic areas. We look forward to welcoming you to the conference. Join us with a paper or poster. The title, abstract, keywords and final papers must be written in English. All abstracts accepted for presentation will be published in the Conference Abstract Book. Full-length papers will be published in the conference proceedings in electronic format. CALL FOR PARTICIPATION Authors are requested to submit their edited abstract, key words and final papers (all have to been written in English) in accordance with the instructions available from our website (www.bic-lj.si/vss), section International Conference. The title, abstract and keywords are due no later than 7 July 2010 (EXTENDED DEADLINE) and must be submitted using the submission form supplied on: www.bic-lj.si/vss/povzetek Submitting an abstract represents a commitment to participate in the conference. The length of the paper is limited to 15 000 characters or 8 pages. Each author is entitled to present one paper. Presenters are requested to indicate their preference for poster presentation on the online submission form.
